1 General Terms

Welcome to the v444 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between v444 and its users. By using the v444 website, mobile app or any related services, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users located in Bangladesh. v444 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on v444 and use the platform's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must be a real person — the use of artificial entities, bots or automated programs is prohibited.
• Receiving online gaming services must be legally permitted in your area of residence.
• You must have a valid personal email address and mobile number.
• You must provide your own accurate personal information — opening an account with false or someone else's information is not permitted.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on v444. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address, bank account or mobile wallet, v444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any deposited funds.

2.3 Identity Verification

v444 reserves the right to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. In such cases, a national ID card, passport or similar documents may be requested. v444 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until sufficient verification documents are provided.

3 Account Management Rules

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. v444 will never ask for your password by email or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling or lending your account, account funds or account benefits to any other person is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support channels. Similarly, v444 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of any breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Three mobile banking methods are supported for depositing funds on v444: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The account holder must deposit from a mobile wallet registered in their own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same method and same account used for the deposit.

4.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

v444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any deposit or withdrawal request when required for security, fraud prevention or verification purposes. In such cases, the support team will contact you.

4.4 Third-Party Transactions

Depositing using another person's account or wallet is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, v444 will return the deposited amount and may close the associated account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New account holders on v444 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — giving a total of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires placing ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
• Bonus funds must be wagered on designated game categories — v444 will provide a list of eligible games for each bonus.
• v444 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Each bonus has an expiry period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

v444's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can gradually advance to higher tiers based on your betting activity. Cashback is paid out automatically each week.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Limits

v444 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and betting market. These limits may change at any time and changes will apply to new bets placed after the change takes effect.

6.2 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless v444 declares the bet void due to a technical error. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned.

6.3 Game Results

The results of all games and betting markets are determined by v444's system. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical or software error, v444 reserves the right to make a correction.

6.4 Sports Betting

The odds and market information displayed when placing bets in sports markets are for informational purposes only — they are not a guarantee of live or final results. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v444 platform:

• Fraud & Deception: Creating accounts with false information, abusing the bonus system or manipulation.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to clean funds obtained from illegal sources through the platform.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts or similar programs to play games or place bets.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorised access to v444's servers, software or other users' accounts.
• Chargebacks: Fraudulently claiming chargebacks against legitimate transactions.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to fix outcomes or harm the platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses or other benefits.

If any of the above violations are detected, v444 may close the account without warning, confiscate deposited funds and bonuses, and take legal action.

8 Responsible Gaming

v444 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be for entertainment — not as a way to solve financial problems.

8.1 Setting Limits

You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, bet limits and loss limits on your account. Contact the support team to set these limits.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, you can request a temporary or permanent account suspension. This request can be made through our support channels.

10.2 User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted on your own account and all bets placed from your device. v444 is not liable for losses resulting from your negligence or failure to keep your account secure.

10.3 External Causes

v444 is not liable for service unavailability caused by natural disasters, government directives, infrastructure failures or any other unavoidable circumstances.

11 Changes to Terms

v444 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through a platform notification. Revised terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
